Homeowners’ Associations

Our firm represents Homeowners’ Associations and their respective Board of Directors with issues involving collections of delinquent dues, interpretation of Declarations and By-Laws, handles annual meetings and a variety of other matters with which Homeowners’ Associations are confronted. We also form Homeowners’ Associations and on occasion, we represent members of the Homeowners’ Associations when individual issues arise.
