Clyde R. Cash
Clyde is licensed practice law in North Carolina and in the United States District Court for the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. He is also a former assistant district attorney. His areas of practice include criminal and traffic offenses, DWIs, bankruptcy, basic estate planning, residential real estate, and civil litigation.
Clyde currently serves on the Board of Samaritan Ministries. He is also the past president of the Forsyth County Bar Association and has served in various leadership roles with the Bar Association, including chairing the Professional Committee and serving on the Executive Committee. Clyde has also served on the Board of Directors of Financial Pathways of the Piedmont.
In his free time, Clyde enjoys running, being involved with his church, and spending time with his family. Of one of his most cherished community organizations, Clyde says this: I serve on the Board of Samaritan Ministries, which is a homeless shelter and soup kitchen in downtown Winston-Salem. It serves a tremendous need in our community, and it is open 365 days a year. I welcome all to come serve a hot meal or spend the night as a volunteer. It will be one of the most rewarding experiences you can have.
