About David
David is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a DRC Certified Mediator for Superior Court and Family Financial Cases. His practice areas include domestic relations, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate, corporate law, and personal injury.
He is a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association; the North Carolina State Bar; and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
David enjoys playing and writing music, sports, and spending time with his family. On the importance of being an attorney, David says this: The practice of law is a calling, a calling to help others in their time of great need. This is also true about serving as a mediator and is the reason I have served regularly as a mediator for over twenty years. As a mediator, I have the opportunity to help others resolve disputes and avoid protracted and costly litigation.
Education
- David received his B.A. from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 1977 and received his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 1981, where he was a member of the Campbell Law Review.
