About John
John is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. His practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, guardianship administration, taxation, and corporate law.
He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Winston-Salem and the Forsyth County Bar Association. John is a member of the estate planning and fiduciary law section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
John enjoys golf, fitness, classic cars, European history, classical music and jazz, and art. Of his most memorable trip, John says this: I took a camping trip during the Summer of 1975 to Europe in a Volkswagen camper with my aunt, uncle, and brother, which had a profoundly positive impact on my life.
Education
- John received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982 and received his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986.
