Known for her attention to detail and effective communication, real estate attorney Malia Williams is dedicated to protecting clients' interests and ensuring transactions are conducted efficiently and accurately, with integrity, from contract to closing.
Beyond her practice of law, Malia is actively involved in the legal community, staying informed of emerging trends and developments in real property law. Malia serves on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina, and is Co-Chair of the Residential Committee for the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association.

- Malia completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, after which she obtained her Juris Doctor at Elon University School of Law as a Presidential Scholar.
