About Susan
Susan is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Her primary practice area is family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, termination of parental rights, domestic violence, and adoption. Susan is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
Susan has been asked to speak at conferences on various family law topics. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has served as President of the Forsyth County Women Attorneys Association.
Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and her stepdaughter, Victoria, and their two beloved dogs, Charlie and Otis. She loves to watch Victoria ride horses, travel, visit with friends near and far, ski, sail, and cook.
Education
- Susan received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University School of Management, with Concentrations in Accounting and Finance and Minor in Economics, in 2005. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University in 2011.
